I got up to 300 fat boy pounds and lost it.  Now I am back to my wonderful big assed buffed out self...lol.  Interesting thing happened.  My right arm grew another inch to 19&1/2 while the left stayed at 18&1/2.

I am going to go back to using dumbells for my bicep training again to balance out the arms.

I have been doing circuit style training lately and I will go back to super high intensity next week to gain a bit more size.  As if I need it...

Ok this show is going to go over quite a few topics:
